Shipping Policy
- Currently, orders are only shipped only within California. No out-of-state or international shipping is offered at this time.
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
- Products are shipped from our office and/or third-party laboratories based on stock levels. Shipping times and handling for these products may vary depending on shipping location.
- Shipping fees and costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
- Standard delivery in California usually takes 3-5 business days after processing.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number you provided at checkout.
Refund & Replacement Policy
We adhere to a 8-day refund or replacement policy, allowing you to request a refund or replacement within 8 days of receiving your item.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
- Contact us at (626) 310-8202 within 8 days of delivery to report any issues.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues:
- Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 8 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution (such as a refund or replacement, if eligible).
- Refunds or replacements for approved cases typically take 7–14 business days to process. If you have not received your refund or replacement after 15 days, please reach out to us directly.

Exclusions from Refund Policy
- Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for sale items or gift cards.
No Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our products — including medical supplies, supplements, test kits, IVs, and peptides — all sales are final. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once they have left our facility. This policy helps ensure the integrity and safety of all medical and wellness products.
Refund Policy for Tests
- Refunds or complimentary repeat tests are not provided.
- All tests must be paid in full at the quoted price before testing.
- Testing through New Regeneration is not covered by insurance.
- If an insurance claim is submitted, the patient remains responsible for all non-covered services.
Limited Follow-Up Period for Lab Tests
- The follow-up period for any lab test is 30 days or less.
- Information provided is limited to the scope of the performed lab testing.
- After 30 days, patients must seek follow-up from their primary care provider.
Delays and Lab Test Handling
- Delays, lost specimens, or inaccurate results may occur and are not the responsibility of New Regeneration.
- Blood or other specimens are sent to accredited third-party laboratories.
- Personal health information may be shared with the laboratory and, if required, with local health departments for reporting purposes.
Peptide Therapy and Insurance
- Peptide Therapy is not covered by insurance.
- If an insurance claim is filed, the patient remains responsible for all non-covered services.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within [X hours] of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
